Type of Garment Sewing Experience: Section work, Semi-section work, Whole garment

Type of Materials: Cotton or synthetic, Knits

Type of Goods: Drapery or bed spreads, Upholstery

Specific Skills: Operate machines to join sections of garments or other articles into finished products on a piece-work or production basis, Use sewing guides and tension devices

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Sitting

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Job task planning and organizing, Continuous learning

Other Information:Must have experience on industrial type sewing machines. Sewing mattress covers. Involves heavy lifting. Tape Edge sewing mattresses.
