Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day

Salary: $13.00 to $14.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Kitchener, Ontario (5 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Work Setting: Wood products manufacturer

Type of Equipment: Saws, Planers, Drills

Specific Skills: Set up, program and operate one or more computerized or manual woodworking machines, Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination

Work Site Environment: Dusty

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Continuous learning

Other Information:Must have experience with the following: Rip Saw, Planner/2 Sided Planner, Chop Saw, Double End Trimmer, Lineal Shaper
