Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Evening

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Work Setting: Furniture manufacturer

Type of Equipment: Computerized woodworking machines, Gluing machines, Saws, Routers, Planers, Drills, Sanders

Specific Skills: Fabricate or repair wooden parts for furniture, fixtures and other wood products, Operate gluing machines to glue pieces or wood together or press and affix wood veneer to wood surfaces, Replace parts as necessary

Security and Safety: Bondable

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
