Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Day

Salary: $11.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Cambridge, Ontario (5 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:

Education: Not required

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Specific Skills: Weigh resins, colorants and other chemicals according to formulae, Place weighed materials in mixing machines, Operate mixing machine to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity, Unload mixture into container or conveyor for further processing, Trimming and sanding plastic or fiberglass parts

Additional Skills: Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment, Monitor and inspect quality of material produced, Maintain records and inventory, Pack items for shipping and distribution

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Ability to distinguish between colours, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Manual dexterity, Handling heavy loads, Hand-eye co-ordination, Fast-paced environment

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others
